And here's the first still from the sets of Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar!

After making their successful acting debut in lead roles with the 2012 film Ishaqzaade, Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor are teaming up again for the upcoming rom-com titled Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.

The story of the film revolves around two diametrically opposite people who are ultimately united by suspicion and hate. While Arjun Kapoor plays a Haryanvi cop in the film, Parineeti will be seen sporting a nerdy look.

Today, Parineeti posted the first shooting picture on her social media account and captioned it, “After 5 years, baba and I are back in a train #Ishaqzaade #SandeepAurPinkyFaraar @arjunkapoor”. Are you excited to watch them together again?

To be bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, that also produced Ishaqzaade, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar is being helmed by Dibakar Banerjee. It is scheduled to release on 3rd August 2018.

Soon after completing Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Arjun and Parineeti will move on to shoot their third film together, which has been titled as Namastey Canada. To be directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the film has locked 7th December 2018 for its release date.
