Shah Rukh Khan to wait till the release of Zero before signing new projects

Buzz has it that Shah Rukh Khan will not sign any new film on the dotted line until his much-anticipated Zero hits the silver screen on 21st December 2018. Reportedly, the actor first wants to see how the Aanand L Rai directorial performs at the ticket window before green-lighting his upcoming projects.

The superstar has been offered three films in the last couple of months - Sidharth Roy Kapoor’s Salute, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming directorial and the next instalment of the Don series, Don 3. Besides these three plum projects, he is, reportedly, also in talks with Aaditya Chopra to headline his next directorial venture.

“Everything, however, depends on the response to his next release Zero. The film is the most ambitious project undertaken by Khan’s production banner. His VFX company, Red Chillies Entertainment, too, has a lot at stake. They have put in superlative efforts to create a world-class product. While the YRF film will be helmed by Aditya Chopra, it will be difficult to tell which project SRK will do after that,” a well-placed source tells a popular daily.

Well, it seems like that we will have to wait till December to know which film SRK picks up as his next.
