One of the prominent faces of unconventional actors in Indian cinema, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently in news for his book, An Ordinary Life, which has been pulled out from bookshelves because it talks too explicitly about some of the women in his life. Though the actor is stuck in the legal trouble over his controversial memoir, he has not diverted his focus from work and is busy preparing for his next films. The latest we hear that he has signed yet another powerful role in an upcoming film.
“Nawaz will be seen playing a criminal in his next, which is a thriller film. Tamannah Bhatia has a prominent role in the same film, but Nawaz hasn’t been cast opposite her. The movie is expected to roll in February 2018,” a source adds.
The untitled project will be helmed by Kookie V. Gulati, who has earlier directed Prince.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz which was a box office success. His upcoming projects include Manto, Genius and Phobia 2.
