No matter how stricter rules and regulations governments introduce, checking piracy completely is still a distant dream. A number of people all across the globe pirate films and TV shows to save some bucks.

According to one study, people view pirated videos as much as 230 billion times per year. It is also quite interesting to find out what films and TV shows people are pirating most.


USwitch recently looked into it, collating “the most common international Google search volumes of popular pirating terms to determine the most pirated video games, TV shows, films, and software.” And you will be surprised to know the results? Game of Thrones has emerged as the most pirated show of 2022.

Three years after its original airing, the eighth and final season of the controversial but globally popular series Game of Thrones is the most pirated show of 2022. Many fans expressed disappointment when the show concluded its run in 2019. Check out the list containing the most pirated shows of 2022:
