Zee UK unveils exciting lineup revamp to engage and delight UK audiences

Zee TV HD, the leading Indian television channel in the UK and Europe, has announced a revamp to captivate viewers and attract new UK audiences. With a focus on providing the best entertainment experience, Zee TV HD has introduced new prime-time slots for its flagship shows and is breaking new ground with three exclusive regional language Bangla shows, subtitled in English for all UK viewers.


Bangla Shows

Zee TV HD’s prime-time schedule will enhance the viewing experience of our audience. Starting July 3, 2023, viewers can watch these original shows at new time slots seven days a week.

The new time slots are - Bhagya Lakshmi (7:30 PM), Kumkum Bhagya (8:00 PM), Kundali Bhagya (8:30 PM), Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan (9 PM), and Zee TV HD’s new show Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti at 9.30 PM (a spin-off from Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan).

Zee TV HD is also set to present three new Bangla shows on July 3, 2023, a first for the channel, to cater to Bangla audiences with these top-rated dramas of India, with English subtitles. From Monday to Friday, viewers can immerse themselves in the rich culture and captivating storytelling of these highly anticipated series:

Neem Phooler Madhu - It is a tale of a blossoming love story set amidst the serene backdrop of nature. Neem Phooler Madhu promises to be a heartfelt journey that will leave you yearning for more. (Monday — Friday at 5 PM)

Jagadharti - This is a thought-provoking show that explores the profound connection between spirituality and everyday life. This soul-stirring series aims to uplift and inspire viewers on their own spiritual paths. (Monday — Friday at 5.30 PM)

Gouri Elo - Step into a world of emotions, drama, and dreams with Gouri Elo. This captivating show follows the life of Gouri as she navigates through the trials and triumphs of her journey, leaving you on the edge of your seat. (Monday — Friday at 6 PM)

With these clinical changes, Zee TV HD is raising the bar for entertainment, ensuring that loyal audiences remain delighted and engaged and continue to love the culture and entertainment from their homeland.

Sweetmeats, a new play examining diabetes in south Asian communities, will have its world premiere at London’s Bush Theatre from 7 February 2026. Written by Karim Khan and directed by Tara Theatre’s Natasha Kathi-Chandra, the production follows Hema and Liaquat, two elders brought together on a diabetes support course. The play highlights both the health risks faced by south Asians and the rarely told stories of older characters on the British stage.
