ONE of the most exciting aspects of British- Asian music recently has been the emergence of new acts releasing great songs This includes the Sona Roadshow’s brilliant debut single Sang Mutiyaar Di, which features talented singer Sarika Gill. When I caught up with the music collective they said: “Sang Mutiyaar Di is a dance- floor anthem. We wanted to make something everyone will appreciate, not only Punjabis, but music lovers across the world. The song has had a tremendous response.”
