Kangana Ranaut had a life-changing experience at the yoga camp

It was around her birthday this year when Kangana Ranaut had gone for a yoga camp in Coimbatore. The actress has finally spoken up about her experience there and calls it life-changing.

Recently, her team took to Instagram to share a picture of Kangana from the yoga camp and they captioned it as, “Kangana's experience at Samyama was heavenly as she quotes, ‘I still recall a quote from Sadhguru, 'You want to know the very source of life, If such a longing has come, you have to make a little more serious effort.' and that is exactly what Samyama is about. Will always cherish the life-changing time at Isha Centre, Coimbatore. #Sadhguru #KanganaRanaut.”

I had been meaning to do this for a while now. This year, it happened to fall close to my birthday. Ten days of silence is a big commitment, but I wanted it to be a birthday present for myself.”

Talking about her movies, Kangana will next be seen in Mental Hai Kya which is slated to hit the screens on 21st June 2019. She also has Panga and Jayalalithaa biopic in her kitty.
