The first shooting schedule of Sui Dhaaga over

Actors Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, who will be seen in completely different avatars in their forthcoming film Sui Dhaaga, have wrapped up the first shooting schedule of the movie.

Both the actors took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to share the news with their fans. Varun also thanked the police and government of Chanderi for their support while the making of the movie.


"Wrapped in Chanderi. Had such a beautiful time shooting with these people in this beautiful place. Thank you to police and government for making our stay and shoot smooth. Back soon to launch the trailer of #October," he tweeted.

Soon after wrapping up the first shooting schedule of Sui Dhaaga, Varun Dhawan headed to launch the trailer of his forthcoming film October. Helmed by Shoojit Sircar, the film releases on 13th April.

Sui Dhaaga, which is being directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Maneesh Sharma, marks the first association between Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma. The second schedule of the movie will commence in Bhopal soon.

Sui Dhaaga is slated to enter cinemas on 28th September.
