Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh summoned by NCB

Narcotics Control Bureau has been investigating the drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. They have already arrested Rhea Chakraborty for consuming drugs and supplying them to Sushant. It was said that Rhea in her investigation had stated that along with her Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh used to also consume drugs.

Later, a few days ago, even Shraddha Kapoor’s name cropped up in the case, and then there were even reports of Deepika Padukone being involved in consuming drugs. While there have been reports that Deepika, Shraddha, Sara, and Rakul will be summoned for investigation, today NCB has finally summoned the actresses.

News agency ANI posted about it on Twitter. They wrote, “Narcotics Control Bureau issues summons to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shradhha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in a drug case related to Sushant Singh Rajput death case.”

Deepika has to appear for the investigation on 25th September and Shraddha and Sara will appear on 26th Sept. Well, a few days ago, Deepika flew down to Goa to shoot for Shakun Batra’s next.

Yesterday, there were also reports of Dia Mirza’s involvement in the drugs. But the actress soon took to social media to give a clarification on it. She wrote, “I would like to strongly refute and categorically deny this news as being false, baseless and with mala fide intentions. Such frivolous reporting has a direct impact on my reputation being besmirched and is causing damage to my career which I have painstakingly built with years of hard work. I have never procured or consumed any narcotic or contraband substances of any form in my life. I intend to pursue the full extent of legal remedies available to me as a law abiding citizen of India. Thanks to my supporters for standing by me. Dia Mirza.”
