Barsaat starring Bobby Deol and Twinkle Khanna completes 25 years of its release this month. This means that Bobby and Twinkle also complete 25 years in Bollywood. Well, the latter is no more working actively as an actor, but the former has been doing quite well and recently started his second innings in the industry by making his digital debut.
Today, Bobby took to Twitter, to sum up, his journey in the industry. He tweeted, “It's been 25 years at the movies for me.. A journey that started in October of 1995.. an overwhelming and emotional one. I proudly say, I’ve seen the highs and the lows. The one thing these 25 years have taught me is, to never give up; always bounce back and keep moving ahead! Looking forward to another 25 years with my colleagues at the movies with a promise to be worthy of all your love and support and to entertain you till my end credits roll out!”
Twinkle Khanna replied to this post of Bobby and wrote, “I just saw the interview and then this tweet. Dude am all teary eyed. Nostalgia.. Today our boys are as old as we were when we worked together. Love you loads.”
Barsaat was a hit at the box office and songs of the film are still loved by the audiences.
Well, Bobby was last seen in the web series Aashram in which he impressed one and all with his performance as the fake godman. Meanwhile, Twinkle has been doing quite well as a producer and as an author.
