Salman Khan to bankroll a film for Bobby Deol

When Salman Khan makes friends, he can go to any length to ensure that his friends get everything that they deserve. His latest buddy in B-town is Bobby Deol who will be seen in his upcoming film Race 3. We all know that the superstar has taken the responsibility of reviving Deol’s career after it nosedived due to some bad choices made by the latter. The latest we have come to learn that Khan is planning to produce the remake of a South Indian film for Bobby Deol. Not just that, he has given the directorial responsibility to Prabhu Deva who is going to direct Khan in Dabangg 3, the next instalment of the Dabangg (2010) franchise.

“Salman has spoken to Prabhu Deva to try and do a good commercial project which will mark the return of Bobby to the A-list. Bobby was doing well at one point in time, after which, his success dipped due to bad films and some personal decisions. But now, after seeing the response to Bobby’s body and his on-screen presence in the Race 3 trailer, Salman has asked Prabhu Deva to work on a good south film remake and cast Bobby in the lead,” a source reveals.

Looks like Bobby Deol has the full support of Salman Khan, which means his second inning in Bollywood is going to be as successful as the first one. Meanwhile, right after the release of Race 3 on 15th June, Deol will be seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. He has also been roped in for Housefull 4.
