Khaali Peeli teaser: This Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer looks like a fun ride

Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter will be seen in a film titled Khaali Peeli. The movie is directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Zee Studios.

A few days ago, there were reports that the movie will get a direct-to-digital release on Zee5. However, it is not yet officially announced, but the makers have now released the teaser of the film.


Ananya took to Instagrm to share the teaser with her fans. She captioned it as, “Khaali Peeli ? Chale toh तीखी छुरी, phate toh धमाका! ? Bole toh बवाल hai yeh ladki ? Bachke rehna nahi toh #KhaaliPeeli lafda ho jaayega ? Directed by @macriaan ❤️ Coming soon! ? @ishaankhatter ? @jaideepahlawat ? @aliabbaszafar @ihimanshumehra @zeestudiosofficial @vishaldadlani @shekharravjiani @adilafsarz @offsideent @ZeeMusicCompany.”

Well, the teaser is quite good and the film surely looks like a perfect Bollywood entertainer. Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday, both the actors are impressive in the teaser.

While talking about the movie, director Maqbool Khan said, "It's been a pleasure working with Ishaan & Ananya—two powerhouses who have given fantastic performances! Khaali Peeli is a young, edgy, mad roller-coaster ride that I hope the audiences will enjoy thoroughly!"

Producer Ali Abbas Zafar said, “Khaali Peeli is a complete desi entertainer. Ishaan, Ananya's energetic chemistry, and Jaideep's credibility makes this ride cooler and edgier.”

Shariq Patel, CEO, Zee Studios added, “Khaali Peeli is a complete package of high-octane action, song & dance, and high on emotions. It’s going to bring back the quintessential feel of Bambaiya language used in the film after a long time. At a time like now when audiences are hungry for fresh, new content, we can’t wait to bring this film!”

We now wait to know when the film will release and on which OTT platform.
