Gadar 2 on ZEE5 Global shatters records with worldwide streaming success

ZEE5 Global, the world's largest streaming platform for South Asian content, is celebrating the raging success of Gadar 2 as it became the biggest streaming blockbuster on the platform. It was watched in 180+ countries and trended across multiple countries including the US, UK, Australia, UAE, and Canada. The movie successfully broke records with over 300 million+ watch minutes globally.

Interestingly, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha also witnessed a surge in viewership, recording a 5x growth in viewership during the period. Over 80% of the viewership in international markets was driven by Connected TVs for the perfect large-screen experience.

To further celebrate the icon’s birthday, fans in India presented a spectacular Bollywood extravaganza. They dressed as the blockbuster’s lead character Tara Singh and performed the actor’s iconic dance moves to further celebrate the success of the movie.
