Renowned actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who has played a diverse range of characters in Hindi films over the years, is now making a crossover to South Indian cinema. Today, the makers of his first Tamil film Petta unveiled his first look from the flick. Starring southern superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role, Petta features Nawaz in the role of Singaar Singh. The movie has been directed by well-known South Indian filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj and also stars Vijay Sethupathi in a prominent part. Petta went on floors in June this year.
