After months of speculations, it has finally been revealed that superstar Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt are set to team up with ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his forthcoming directorial venture.

Earlier there were reports that the film is titled Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam 2. However, all old reports turned out to be nothing but rumours when Salman Khan took to his Twitter handle and announced the official title of the film as Inshallah.

“It’s been 20 years but I am glad Sanjay and I are finally back in his next film, Inshallah. Looking forward to working with Alia and, Inshallah, we will all be blessed on this journey,” tweeted the superstar.

Alia Bhatt, who is joining forces with Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the first time in her 7-year-long career, is also elated to have bagged the film.

“(I) was 9 when I first walked into Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office, all nervous and hoping and praying that I would be in his next film. It’s been a long wait,” said Alia, adding, “Dream with your eyes wide open they say and I did. Sanjay Sir and Salman Khan are magical together and I can’t wait to join them on this beautiful journey called Inshallah.”

Alia is presently busy promoting her next release Kalank. Khan, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of his much-awaited film Bharat.
