Actress Bhumi Pednekar, who was last seen in filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s comedy-drama, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan (2017), is rumoured to be teaming up with prodigious filmmaker Karan Johar for an untitled film to be made under his production banner, Dharma Productions.

Apart from Pednekar, we hear that National award-winning actor Rajkummar Rao has also been approached for an important character in the movie. Reportedly, the two are being considered to play the second lead in Karan Johar’s next which, as per reports, stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay Kumar in lead roles.

Meanwhile, Bhumi Pednekar is looking forward to the release of her next film, Abhishek Chaubey's dacoit drama Sonchiriya, co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Manoj Bajpayee, Ashutosh Rana and Ranvir Shorey.
