This is when Salman Khan will start shooting for Bhansali’s next

Fans are excited to know that Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have joined hands once again after a huge gap of two decades. Ever since the team at Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions confirmed the reunion of the two creative forces, fans have been keeping a tab on everything related to the high-profile project.

The latest we have learnt that Salman Khan will start shooting for the film in September this year. Before commencing work on the project, which is rumoured to be titled Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam 2, Khan will wrap up the third instalment of the Dabangg franchise, which has faced many delays in the past.

Before Khan signed the film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, he was expected to work on the Hindi remake of hit Korean film Veteran (2015). However, now the superstar does not want to do two cop films back-to-back and hence shooting for Bhansali’s film will begin first.

“Salman was not keen on doing back-to-back cop films. That’s why he gave the nod to Bhansali’s love story that will help him break away from his larger-than-life image and is being readied for a 2020 release. The yet-untitled action thriller will now go on the floors in the first quarter of next year.”

Meanwhile, Salman is looking forward to his Eid release Bharat, co-starring Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Tabu.
