Sushant Singh Rajput in Nitesh Tiwari’s next

According to reports, Sushant Singh Rajput has signed a new film, which will be directed by Dangal fame Nitesh Tiwari. The movie, which is reported to be a student drama based in an IT college, goes on floors later this year.

"Sushant and Nitesh had been discussing the film for a while now. The actor has come on board but the search for his leading lady, who will play a student, is still on. There is also a prominent role for another male actor in the story which is yet to be cast,” said a source.

The untitled film will be bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The producer recently had a big success with the Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani starrer, Baaghi 2.

Sushant recently wrapped up Abhishek Chaubey's Sonchiriya and is now gearing up to kick-off the final schedule of Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath. The actor will then play the lead in Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut, the Hindi adaptation of Hollywood biggie The Fault In Our Stars.
