Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput welcome their second child

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on Wednesday. They are already parents to a daughter, Misha Kapoor, born August 21, 2016.

Mira Rajput was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday evening, where she gave birth to a baby boy, as per reports. Proud parents are yet to make an official announcement, though.


Shahid and Mira tied the nuptial knot in 2015 in a private ceremony held in Gurgaon. Mira, a student from Delhi University, is 13 years younger than Shahid. They met each other through the religious group Radha Soami Satsang Beas.

Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor is presently busy promoting his upcoming film Batti Gul Meter Chalu, scheduled to release on 21st September. He is also about to begin shooting for his next which will be a Hindi remake of popular Telugu movie Arjun Reddy (2017).

Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana has received its first international classification ahead of its trailer release, with Australian authorities advising that a 34-minute presentation of the film is not recommended for viewers under the age of 15.

The Australian Classification Board awarded the footage an 'M' (Mature) classification for "moderate violence". While the rating is advisory rather than legally restrictive, it indicates that the content is considered more suitable for mature audiences.
