Salman Khan confirms release date of next production Notebook

After launching his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and model-turned-actress Warina Hussain with the recently release romcom LoveYatri (2018), Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is now set to launch yet another fresh pair with his next production venture Notebook.

Notebook, directed by Nitin S Kakkar, marks the silver screen debut of classic Hindi film actress Nutan’s granddaughter Pranutan and Zaheer Iqbal. Zaheer is the son of one of Khan’s close friends from outside the industry.


Salman took to his Twitter handle to announce the release date of Notebook.  "The most beautiful love story has a release date... #Notebook hits the cinemas on March 29, 2019. Trailer coming soon. @SKFilmsOfficial @iamzahero @PranutanBahl #NitinSKakkar @MuradKhetani @ashwinvarde," wrote the superstar.

With his tweet, the superstar also tagged a new still from the movie. Interestingly, Khan announced the release date of the film on a special day. It’s leading man Zaheer Iqbal’s birthday today.

The theatre was packed for the Third Shanghai–London Screen Industry Forum. Between panels and workshops, filmmakers, producers and executives discussed ideas and business cards and it felt more than just a summit. British-Asian filmmakers were meeting and greeting the Chinese industry in an attempt to explore genuine possibilities of working in China’s film market.
