New onscreen jodis we are excited to watch on the big screen this year

We have many Bollywood jodis that we love to watch on the big screen like Shah Rukh Khan – Kajol, Salman Khan – Katrina Kaif, Shah Rukh Khan – Rani Mukerji, Akshay Kumar – Kareena Kapoor Khan and others. But every year Bollywood filmmakers try to cast new jodis in their movies.

Today, let’s look at the list of new onscreen jodis we are excited to watch on the big screen this year…


Aditya Roy Kapur – Disha Patani

The trailer and the songs of Malang are getting a good response. The film stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani in the lead role. This will be for the first time we will get to see Aditya and Disha on the big screen together and their chemistry surely seems to be one of the highlights of the film.

Katrik Aaryan – Sara Ali Khan

Kartik and Sara have been in the news from the day the latter on Koffee With Karan stated that she would like to go on a date with the former. Well now, the two are all set to come together for the movie Love Aaj Kal. The trailer of the film has been released and Kartik and Sara’s pairing is looking quite good.

Varun Dhawan – Sara Ali Khan

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan will be seen in David Dhawan’s Coolie No. 1 which is a remake of the director’s 1994 release. The original film starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles. Govinda and Karisma’s jodi was loved by the audiences. So, we are excited to see if Varun and Sara will be able to recreate their magic or not.

Sidharth Malhotra – Kiara Advani

From the past many months, we have been hearing a lot of reports about Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani dating each other. Both actors have not yet confirmed their relationship. But we will get to see them together on the big screen for the first time in the film Shershaah. It is a biopic of Captain Vikram Batra and Kiara plays the role of his wife in the movie. We are surely quite keen to see Sidharth and Kiara’s chemistry on the big screen.

Akshay Kumar – Manushi Chhillar

Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar are paired opposite each other in Prithviraj. While Akshay plays the role of King Prithviraj, Manushi will be seen as his wife Sanyogita in the film. We are excited to see this jodi on the big screen.

Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have made a lot of public appearances together and have also featured in advertisements. But this year, we will get to see them on the big screen together in Brahmastra. Our wait to see them together on the silver screen was supposed to come to an end in 2019, but Brahmastra has been postponed to this year. Also, the two are in a relationship in real life, so it makes it more exciting to watch them on the big screen together.

Billed as Back to the Beginning, the sold-out event will not only mark Osbourne’s last performance but also a rare reunion with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. Their last appearance as a full group was two decades ago.
