Music videos that featured big Bollywood stars

Before making a mark on the big screen, many Bollywood actors like Vidya Balan, Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and others started their careers with music videos. But well, we also have stars that appeared in successful music videos after they made a mark on the big screen.

Currently, there’s a trend of singles going on, so let’s look at the list of music videos that featured big Bollywood stars…

Amitabh Bachchan

Is there something Amitabh Bachchan can’t do? The answer is clearly a 'no'. He is the megastar of the big screen, successfully is running the show Kaun Banega Crorepati, has starred in Regional films as well, and not to forget he has also sung and featured in the music video. In 2002, Big B was seen alongside Adnan Sami in the song Kabhi Nahi which was also sung by him.

Rani Mukerji

In 2002, when Rani was making a mark in Bollywood, she also featured in Adnan Sami’s single titled Tera Chehra. The actress looked gorgeous in it and showed off her graceful dance as well. It would surely be lovely to watch Rani once again in a music video.

Shah Rukh Khan

The King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, has also been a part of a music video. In early 2000, Shah Rukh Khan featured in a music video titled Kya Khoya. It was based on poetry written by late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Bajpayee and sung by Jagjit Singh. It was a very beautiful song.

Salman Khan

Salman Khan is known for taking off his shirt and showing off his chiseled body. Well, in the music video, Honey Honey, he got ample opportunity to do that. In 2003, T-Series came up with a single titled Honey Honey which featured Salman and Divya Khosla Kumar. It showcased the crazy female fan following that Salman has.

Hrithik Roshan / Sonam Kapoor

While in early 2000 Bollywood celebs were doing singles, the trend had vanished for a few years. But it once again it picked up a few years ago. Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor came together for the music video titled Dheere Dheere which became a huge hit. People love the jodi of Hrithik and Sonam.

Shahid Kapoor / Kiara Advani

Before impressing us with their chemistry in Kabir Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starred together in the single Urvashi. The two showed off their amazing dance moves in it. The single was totally different from what we saw on the big screen in Kabir Singh.

Akshay Kumar

Last but not least; we have Akshay Kumar on our list. The actor made his debut in music videos this year with recently released Filhall. The song is composed and sung by B Praak, and it has received a fantastic response.

Bruce Willis will always be associated with John McClane, but Die Hard is hardly the only place where the actor made his mark on the thriller genre.

Across the 1990s and 2000s, Willis moved between time-travel mysteries, supernatural dramas, neo-noirs and action thrillers, often using the same understated intensity that made him such a recognisable screen presence.
