Look More attractive in your Tiktok videos! Follow These Tips

TikTok may have started life in China but it’s gone on to become a worldwide phenomenon. Merging with Musical.ly only made it more popular. While the app started out as a way to make interesting and fun lip-syncing videos, it’s since gone on to become a platform where people can make all kinds of videos.

Given that the platform is entirely visual, most people who use the app want to know how to look their best when making videos. Follow these tips to look more attractive in your TikTok videos!

Make Your Eyes Look Bigger

The size of your eyes is an excellent indicator of beauty. Women that have large widely-spaced eyes are considered to be among the most attractive. While you can’t fight nature and actually make your eyes bigger, you can use makeup to accentuate them and make them appear bigger, which has the same effect.

The easiest way to get the most out of your eyes is to sketch a line on the top lash with a smoky shade and use a brush to smudge the shadow to soften it and blend it. You can also use camera angles and zoom effects to further make your eyes appear larger.

Have Clear Skin

Clean skin generally reflects a healthy body, which is why people are drawn to it and have such a dislike of blemishes. Pimples are a sign of infection and can be an indicator of other diseases such as measles. That’s why you want clear-looking skin.

If you’re someone who gets a lot of acne, then try using products that contain 2% acrylic acid. If you still don’t clear up after that, a dermatologist should be able to help. There’s plenty of makeup out there that helps with this too.

Have Clean Hair

Humans have an interesting relationship with hair. It’s something that we find unbelievably sexy and attractive. Hair interacts with three of our five senses – we love how it looks, how it feels, and how it smells. People certainly can’t smell your hair through a TikTok video, but if it looks clean they’ll imagine it smells nice too.

Washing your hair is one obvious way to clean it, but washing it too much can do more harm than good. A simple hack here is to spritz a brush with a fragrance and comb it through your hair. Find products that make your hair shine and really stand out and avoid making TikTok videos when you’ve got messy hair (unless that’s the look you’re going for).

Longer Lashes

Eyelashes serve a function purpose of keeping our eyes clean, but batting eyelashes has always been a power move with flirting. Since lashes swoop in an arch and we are drawn to motion, fluttering eyelashes helps to capture eye contact and appear more attractive. Women of all cultures have always used their eyelashes to look more attractive, and it can help you to look more attractive in TikTok videos.

An eyelash curler is the best way to take your lashes to the next level. They also open your eyes and make you look more alert and make your eyes look bigger, something we looked at in our very first tip.

Have a Feminine Flush

Wearing red lipstick and having flush cheeks is always appealing to men and a surefire way for a woman to look more beautiful in TikTok videos. It works because it resembles the natural red glow caused by ovulation; when a woman is at her most fertile – and therefore most attractive.

It’s recommended that you use a soft stain to get the look because they make the flush appear more natural, which enhances the effect. Apply it to your lips and then blur it into your lipine with a fingertip to make it look more natural and feminine. Don’t forget to give a lovely pout to your fans!

Use Filters

Like any kind of video app – such as Instagram and Snapchat – TikTok has a whole host of filters for users to play with to enhance their videos. Adding a filter to your video is one of the easiest ways to add a touch of beauty to a video, aside from using a professional LED light for selfies and videos.

There’s a lot of interesting and exciting filters to choose from, including filters that let you change your entire face to look however you want. Be sure to play around with these filters and use them to do things that makeup can’t. Just be careful to not overdo it as people can tell when a video has been oversaturated with filters, and they don’t like to see it happen.

Look Beautiful in TikTok Videos

Everyone wants to look beautiful for TikTok and get more followers. There are lots of little makeup tricks you can use to make it happen; make your eyes appear bigger, take good care of your hair, add a blush to your cheeks. There are also lots of filters built into the app that you can use to do these things for you. With a combination of makeup and technology you’ll soon be looking your best in all your TikTok videos!
