Imran Khan's second wife Reham blasts him for being untruthful

Imran Khan is currently in the news for his marriage to Bushra Maneka. News of Khan's marriage was released to the public just a few days back, but rumours swirling around indicate that the actual wedding took place in January.

Imran's party, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, refuted these rumours at the time, but his second wife, journalist Reham Khan, recently revealed that the wedding did take place in January.

"I knew they married on January 1, and he revealed it later, this is exactly what he did after marrying me and then announcing after two months," she remarked.

It is not immediately known why Imran wanted to keep his marriage a secret, but according to a report in The Print, Imran is highly superstitious and he waits for certain signs before making important announcements.

There's also a lot of mystery surrounding Imran's marriage to Bushra, who is his spiritual adviser. According to the The Print report, Bushra, who is also known as Pinki Pirni, is believed to have had a dream where she told that for Imran to be Pakistan's Prime Minister, she must marry him. Their union will also bring prosperity to Pakistan, as per the dream. Bushra narrated this dream to her husband who then agreed to divorce her.

Bushra and her husband divorced in November 2017 citing spiritual reasons and her son Musa Manika reportedly said the divorce happened strictly on orders from “Allah and his Messenger,” according to The Print.

Meanwhile, in an interview with The Times, Reham also said that her Imran has known Bushra for the past three years, and he continued to see her even when the cricketer was married to her. "Imran Khan was in contact with Bushra three years ago when I was his wife and he is not the truthful man," she said in an interview with the Times.

This is Bushra's second marriage and Imran's third. He was earlier married to British socialist Jemima Goldsmith and later to Reham.

Heathrow back in operation after fire shut down Europe’s busiest airport

LONDON's Heathrow Airport resumed full operations on Saturday after a fire at an electrical substation knocked out power and led to a shutdown of the airport, causing widespread travel disruption.

The closure of Europe’s busiest airport left tens of thousands of passengers stranded as airlines scrambled to reroute flights and adjust schedules. Some flights resumed on Friday evening, but the shutdown for most of the day forced travellers to search for alternative flights and accommodation while airlines worked to reposition aircraft and crews.
