From Amitabh Bachchan to Aamir Khan, Chhichhore trailer impresses Bollywood celebs

It’s Friendship Day today, and the makers of the film Chhichhore decided to release the trailer of their film on this special day. The trailer of the film is decent and showcases the life of a group of friends in a college. The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, and Prateik Babbar. It is Shraddha and Tahir who steal the show in the trailer.

Chhichhore is directed by Nitesh Tiwari who had last helmed the film Dangal starring Aamir Khan. Tiwari took to Twitter to share the trailer. He tweeted, “#Chhichhore is a tribute to all my friends who have stood by me through thick and thin. Thanks for enriching my life with your wonderful presence. Happy friendship day! bit.ly/ChhichhoreTrai… #ChhichhoreTrailer.”


Well, the trailer has grabbed the attention of Bollywood celebs and they can’t stop praising it.

Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, “youtu.be/tsxemFX0a7k .. Nitesh Tiwari की नयी फ़िल्म 'CHHICHHORE' .. मेरी शुभकामनाएँ सदा  । ? एक अलग विषय , एक ऐसा पल, जो हम सब ने सोचा होगा , की काश हम अपने जीवन काल में ये पल , ऐसे बिता सकते । Nitesh ji का प्रशंसक , अमिताभ बच्चन”

Aamir Khan is quite impressed with the trailer and is keen to watch the film. He tweeted, “.@niteshtiwari22 ji, really liked your trailer which you showed me. Wishing you all the very best for the film. May it receive all the love of our audience, and may it bring joy to all of us. Very keen to see it myself.  #ChhichhoreTrailer :  youtu.be/tsxemFX0a7k Love. a.”

The trailer made Akshay Kumar quite nostalgic. The actor tweeted, “This one made me take a trip down memory lane...some bonds are truly forever. #Chhichhore looks simple yet promising. Wishing my dear friend Sajid & team all the best! And #HappyFriendshipDay to all of you ❤️”

Alia Bhatt tweeted, “Friends make everything special and fun! Especially friends like these ?? Such a lovely trailer @ShraddhaKapoor @itsSSR Looking forward to this one! #ChhichhoreTrailer.”

Chhichhore was earlier slated to release on 30th August 2019, but it has been postponed to 6th September 2019 to avoid the clash with Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho.

Manchester Police probes over 1,000 child sexual abuse suspects

GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE is now investigating more than 1,000 child sexual abuse suspects, following years of public criticism and institutional failings in tackling child sexual exploitation.

A new report by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) has revealed the force has made “significant improvements” in dealing with group-based sexual abuse and related crimes.

Major changes announced for Leicester’s Diwali celebrations amid safety fears

THIS year’s annual Diwali celebrations will be stripped back amid public safety fears. Leicester City Council has said there will be no fireworks or stage entertainment as part of major changes announced for the event.

Cossington Street Recreation Ground will also not be used for the festivities, the council has revealed. The green space previously was the location for the main stage and the Diwali Village with its food stalls, funfair rides, fashion and arts. The annual fire garden display was also based there, offering “a peaceful oasis amid the festive excitement”.
