Danny Denzongpa's son Rinzing set for silver screen debut

There is going to be a new entrant in the club of star kids who are set to make their acting debut soon. We are talking about veteran actor Danny Denzongpa's son Rinzing Denzongpa who is gearing up to dive into Bollywood with an emotional action-thriller film. Titled Squad, the movie will have a little girl at its centre, according to reports.

When Danny, last seen in Bioscopewala (2017), was contacted to confirm the news, he said it’s a proud moment for the entire family.

“I’m happy that Rinzing has finally zeroed in on a script and a part that he is excited to portray. It is a proud moment for the family and me to see him start his career without any help from me. Filmmaking is a constant struggle to achieve higher standards and actors are just a small part of the process. However, it’s the struggle and hard work that helps bring awareness and experience to the artiste. I hope Rinzing discovers new aspects of himself in this process and finds fulfilment in the line of work he has chosen,” he said.

The seasoned actor went on to add that he had read the script and found it interesting.  “It is a nice action thriller with a lot of subtle humour and a healthy dose of emotional moments. I met Nilesh recently when I was in Mumbai. He is a well-informed and sharp young man. And since he is from the film fraternity, he knows the industry well and I’m sure he will come out with a sensible commercial product,” he said.

If all goes well, the makers will be rolling the camera in April, next year.
