Colors to end Ishq Mein Marjawan in June

Yet another show is set to bid adieu to audiences owing to dipping TRPs. We are talking about Colors’ popular show, Ishq Mein Marjawan. According to reports, the channel has decided to end the show in June.

When the show hit the airwaves, it had Arjun Bijlani and Alisha Panwar as the lead pair. Actress Nia Sharma joined the cast later on. Thanks to its different content and powerful performances, the show managed to grab a lot of eyeballs. However, now the ratings have hit a low and the channel has decided to pull the plug on it.

Ishq Mein Marjawan will air its last episode on Friday 28th June and is expected to be replaced by Rajesh Ram Singh and Pradeep Kumar’s Choti Sarrdaarni,” a source close to the development reveals to an entertainment portal.

Meanwhile, Arjun Bijlani, who played the male lead on Ishq Mein Marjawan, is now gearing up to host the second season of Colors’ popular dance reality show, Dance Deewane. The show has Madhuri Dixit, Shashank Khaitan and Tushar Kalia on the judging panel.

Dance Deewane 2 will premiere on 15th June.
