Actress Poonam Pandey booked for violating lockdown rules

Poonam Pandey is one actress who is always surrounded by controversies and makes it to the headlines for a lot of wrong reasons. The actress is in news once again as an FIR has been registered against her for violating the lockdown rules.

On Sunday, the actress along with her friend was roaming at Marine Drive, Mumbai in her high-end car. She was caught by police officials and booked for roaming around without any reason.


Senior police inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath told PTI, “A case has been registered against Ms Pandey and Sam Ahmad Bombay (46) under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of a disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act.”

Poonam Pandey is known for starring in erotic films like Nasha, Malini & Co., and The Journey of Karma. She has always been in the news for her bold avatars and the pictures and videos that she shares on Instagram. Well, she is truly the controversial queen.

A few months ago, she was in the news as she had claimed that Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was using her videos on the app even after the contract was terminated. However, Kundra had denied the allegations.

A breakdown that moved beyond private disagreement

Relations within the Beckham family deteriorated sharply last summer, reaching a point where Brooklyn Beckham asked his parents to communicate with him only through legal representatives. The request marked one of the most serious moments in an already strained relationship between the eldest Beckham son and his parents.

Sources say the instruction led to an exchange of letters between legal teams at Schillings, representing Brooklyn, and Harbottle & Lewis, who act for David and Victoria Beckham. While no legal proceedings were initiated, the correspondence made clear that Brooklyn did not want direct contact or public references to him from his parents, including on social media.
