5 facts about the newcomer Sara Ali Khan

The newest member of the royal family of Nawabs of Pataudi, Sara Ali Khan joined the film industry this year. She is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife Amrita Singh.

Her debut in the industry was done after finishing her studies as Sara said “My father used to say I should finish my studies first before entering films. He was fully supportive if I wanted to do films but wanted me to study first.”.


Sara’s debut film Kedarnath trailer was released today. The film is releasing on 7 December. Sushant Singh Rajput is playing the role of Mansoor, opposite Sara as Mukku.

Her second movie Simmba is also releasing next month. Simmba is set to release on 28 December and the trailer is releasing on 3 December. Ranveer Singh is the lead actor opposite Sara in Simmba.

Sara lives with her mother Amrita and also has a good relationship with her stepmother Kareena Kapoor Khan. She is seen with Kareena at many family gatherings, whether it is Rakhi celebration or father Saif’s birthday. During her press conference for the release of Kedarnath trailer, she said “I think Kareena is extremely professional. The way she does her work, it’s amazing. So I would want to imbibe her professionalism”.
