Shanker Raman is a well-known cinematographer and he made his directorial debut with the film Gurgaon which released in 2017. The film starring Akshay Oberoi, Ragini Khanna, and Pankaj Tripathi had received good reviews.
Now, according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Raman is all set for his next directorial and it will star Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles. A source told the tabloid, “He wanted to cast young actors as the script demands freshness, and it was an instant ‘yes’ from both Sanya and Vikrant, who loved the subject. The duo will be seen in a completely new space in this yet-untitled film.”
Meanwhile, Sanya is currently busy with the promotions of Ludo which is slated to release on Netflix on Diwali this year. The actress also has a film titled Pagglait in her kitty.
