Street Dancer 3D does well in its first weekend, Panga shows a good growth at the box office

On 24th January 2020, Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Street Dancer 3D, and Kangana Ranaut starrer Panga had hit the screens. Both the films had created a good pre-release buzz, but Street Dancer has taken a lead at the box office.

The Remo D’Souza directorial has collected Rs 41.23 crore in three days. Well, it is a decent collection, but the movie needs to be stable at the box office during the weekdays to collect a good amount in its first week. Street Dancer 3D has received mixed reviews, but thanks to the franchise and the mass appeal the movie did well in its first weekend.

Talking about Kangan Ranaut starrer Panga, it started on a very low note by collecting only Rs 2.70 crore on its day one, but the film showed a huge jump on Saturday and Sunday. The total three-day collection of the movie is Rs 14.91 crore. Well, the first-weekend collection of the Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial isn’t great, but it’s not even bad because as compared to Street Dancer 3D, Panga has received fewer screens.

Well, Kangana’s sister Rangoli tweeted about the limited screens it has received. She tweeted, “We do believe Panga will stay longer in whatever little screens and limited shows it has got, all the love film is getting is overwhelming.”

We hope that Panga stays stable on the weekdays and collects a good amount at the box office in its first week.

Total sales at Britain's third-largest supermarket fell 3.8 per cent to £5.1 bn in the three months ending September compared with the same period last year, reversing 0.2 per cent growth from the previous quarter. Comparable store sales dropped 2.8 per cent.

Chair Allan Leighton, who returned last year to revive the business for a second time, told the guardian that the fall in sales and market share was "totally self-inflicted." The supermarket struggled with technology issues during a lengthy effort to separate IT systems from former owner Walmart.
