Shreyas Talpade to topline a comedy drama on SAB TV

If reports are to be believed, Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade, who is popular for tickling audiences’ funny bones with his performances in the Rohit Shetty-directed blockbuster franchise Golmaal, is gearing up to make a comeback on the small screen after a huge gap.

The actor, who started his acting career with television by appearing in Marathi and Hindi soaps, has been approached to headline an upcoming comedy-drama series, to be aired on SAB TV.

Some insiders inform that the yet-to-be-titled show will be a comedy-drama. It has been planned as a finite series. Since the series is at an initial stage, makers are keeping mum about any development.

Besides Shreyas Talpade, we hear that Archana Puran Singh and her husband Parmeet Sethi have also joined the cast of the show.

More details are awaited.
