Sanju Poster: Manisha Koirala looks like a near spitting image of famed actress Nargis

Ever since releasing the teaser and trailer of his forthcoming film Sanju, filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has been sharing one important character poster of the movie after the other. Today, the celebrated director took to his social media account to unveil the latest poster featuring seasoned actress Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt.

In the latest poster, Manisha Koirala looks like a near spitting image of the legendary actress, Nargis Dutt. By the looks of the poster, we can say that she is the right choice for the character that she portrays in the much-awaited movie.


Apart from sharing the poster on his Twitter handle, Rajkumar Hirani also let on that his film is titled Sanju as Sanjay Dutt's mother iconic actress Nargis Dutt would lovingly address the actor as Sanju.

Earlier, the director released a series of posters of the film, revealing the various looks Ranbir Kapoor has donned in the biopic. All the posters have received a stupendous response from film enthusiasts across the globe.

Co-written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju also stars Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Tanna, and Dia Mirza in important roles.

The film, which has been produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, arrives in theatres on 29th June, 2018.

The theatre was packed for the Third Shanghai–London Screen Industry Forum. Between panels and workshops, filmmakers, producers and executives discussed ideas and business cards and it felt more than just a summit. British-Asian filmmakers were meeting and greeting the Chinese industry in an attempt to explore genuine possibilities of working in China’s film market.
