Sanjay Leela Bhansali might produce Mrighdeep Singh Lamba's next comic-caper

They say that making the audience laugh is the toughest thing to do. But when filmmaker Mrighdeep Singh Lamba is calling the shots for a film, it becomes the easiest job to perform. After the runaway success of his comic-capers Fukrey (2013) and Fukrey Returns (2017), film enthusiasts are waiting for Lamba to announce his next project. And if latest reports are to be believed, the talented filmmaker has already started working on his next film which will again be in the comedy space.

We also hear that celebrated filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali might produce the movie. “Sanjay and his production house have always supported great content and Mrighdeep’s next script has impressed Bhansali’s team. If things go well, Mrighdeep’s next, also a comedy, will be backed by the filmmaker,” reveals a source.

Some insiders also reveal that right after completing his next with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba will collaborate with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment to helm the third instalment of the Fukrey franchise.
