Salman Khan thinks Katrina Kaif will win a National Award for her performance in Bharat

We all know that Priyanka Chopra was going to make her Bollywood comeback with Bharat. But the actress opted out of the film at the last moment and then Katrina Kaif replaced her in the movie. Of course, PeeCee's loss was Katrina’s gain. From the day promotions of the film has started Salman Khan can’t stop praising Katrina Kaif for the hard work she has put into the film.

Recently, at the Zinda song launch event, Salman went on to say that Katrina will win a National Award for her performance in Bharat. The actor said, "Katrina has done a lot of hard work. She has done a brilliant job in the film. She will definitely win a National Award for her performance." Now, this is something really huge and we can’t wait to watch Bharat just to see Katrina’s performance in the film.


Katrina Kaif has been in the industry from more than a decade, but she hasn’t won many awards. Recently, she won an award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Zero.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat is slated to hit the screens on 5th June 2019. The movie also stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Tabu and Nora Fatehi. It was recently when Tabu revealed that she won’t be promoting the film as she just has one scene in the movie.
