Rishi Sunak: I hope I stay in the GG2 Power List top ten next year

Rishi Sunak, the chief secretary of the treasury, made great strides in his career this year which was reflected in his rise to seventh in this year GG2 Power list.

Speaking to the BBC, Sunak reveled his delight at making in on the coveted annual list that showcases the 101 Most Powerful British Asians, which was topped by Sunak's boss, Chancellor Sajid Javid, and why the number seven position holds a special place in his heart.

"It's a fantastic thing"...to be on the list...

Tuberculosis cases up by 2.1 per cent in England in early 2025

TUBERCULOSIS cases in England rose by 2.1 per cent in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to provisional data from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).
