Ridhi Dogra joins Arshad Warsi and Barun Sobti on the cast of Asura

Well-known television actress Ridhi Dogra, who has to her credit some highly successful shows such as Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Maryada, Savitri and Yeh Hai Aashiqui, is now gearing up to make her digital debut with upcoming series Asura.

Last seen in Rashmi Sharma Telefilms’ Woh Apna Sa on ZEE TV, Dogra has been roped in to essay the female lead on the web-show. Though the makers are keeping all the details about Asura under the wraps, sources reveal it will be a psychological thriller.

“Ridhi will play a crucial role in this edge of the seat thriller which will involve a huge cat and mouse game,” a source told an entertainment portal.

Besides Ridhi Dogra, the psychological thriller series also stars Barun Sobti and Arshad Warsi in principal roles.

Asura will stream exclusively on Voot.
