Priyanka Chopra & Nick Jonas host engagement party in Mumbai

After months of speculations and marriage rumours, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have finally made their relationship official. The couple, who is rumoured to have fallen in love with each other at Met Gala 2017, completed their roka ceremony before their families earlier today in Mumbai. Nick and his parents had arrived in the city on Friday to take part in engagement festivities.


While most details still remain undisclosed about the function, the so top secret roka ceremony was followed by a huge celebratory bash at a five-star hotel in the maximum city. Chopra is said to have booked around 200 rooms in the hotel for her national and international guests.

For months, Priyanka and Nick kept mum on their relationship. They dodged every question on their relationship. However, today the lovely couple took to their Instagram accounts to share some beautiful images from the ceremony.

The duo decided to keep their special day private. We hear that only a handful of people have been invited to attend the engagement bash happening today. Parineeti Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Mukesh Ambani are some of the celebrities who are expected to make their presence felt at the do.

A US-based Khalistani group has warned it will disrupt Diljit Dosanjh’s next show in Australia, criticising the Punjabi singer-actor for bowing to Amitabh Bachchan on television. The banned group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) said Diljit’s gesture towards Amitabh Bachchan insulted the memory of those lost in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The group has warned of action if he goes ahead with his next concert.
