Prince Charles greets Sikh community on Vaisakhi festival

Prince Charles greeted the Sikhs in the UK and across the Commonwealth, on the festival of Vaisakhi.

"In these challenging times, the Sikh community is making an extraordinary and invaluable contribution to the life of this country, and to so many others, just as it has always done," he said in a video message posted on twitter.

A MUSLIM man and his Hindu wife who had sought asylum in the UK on the grounds of feared persecution over their interfaith marriage have won a claim over being separated while in detention ahead of being deported to India.
