A 52-year-old man from Nagpur in Maharashtra, who had mysteriously disappeared since 20 years, was traced by the Border Security Force near International Border in Arnia sector of restive Jammu and Kashmir. Hari Chand Yadav Rao Mahare, of Ramtek area of Nagpur, Maharashtra was apprehended by the Border Security Force (BSF) near a ditch-cum-bund along the International Border in Allah village of Arnia sector in Jammu last Saturday.
