Kareena Kapoor Khan on planning a second child: I’m very happy with the one child

On 20th December 2016, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan became parents of a cute baby boy and named him Taimur. From the past three years. Taimur has become paparazzi’s favourite.

Well, there have been reports of Kareena and Saif planning a second child. However, the Udta Punjab actress recently during a media interaction cleared that she is happy with one child. The actress stated, “I’m very happy with the one child (Taimur). God is very kind, god is very great. Both of us are very happy with our child. Currently, we have no plans on extending this family at all. And we are very busy with our respective work and we want to maintain a balance in our work life and family.”


After giving birth to Taimur, Kareena went on a maternity break and made her comeback with 2018 release Veere Di Wedding which became a super hit at the box office. She will next be seen on the big screen in Good Newwz which is slated to release on 27th December 2019. The movie also stars Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh.

Apart from Good Newwz, Kareena has movies like Angrezi Medium and Laal Singh Chaddha in her kitty. In the former, Kareena doesn’t have a big role to play, but the actress agreed to be a part of the film as she wanted to share screen space with Irrfan Khan. Angrezi Medium is slated to release on 20th March 2020.

Talking about Laal Singh Chaddha, we will get to see Kareena and Aamir on the big screen after a gap of eight years. The two were last seen together in 2012 release Talaash. Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of Hollywood film Forest Gump, is slated to release on Christmas 2020.

A digital will at the centre of a family feud

The inheritance dispute over the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s £3 billion estate has intensified, as Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, accused their stepmother, Priya Sachdev Kapur of fabricating his will.

Appearing before the Delhi High Court, senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani said the document in question was “a deliberate fabrication engineered by Priya Kapur to gain control of every major asset,” including company shares, trusts, and prime real estate, while excluding Kapur’s children and his mother, Rani Kapur.
