It will not be a comeback, says Bipasha Basu about her new film

When actors take a short break from films and decide to get back after a brief hiatus, their next venture is termed as a comeback film. But actress Bipasha Basu does not support the thought. The actress says it firmly that she does not want to call her next as her comeback movie.

“I know people will do that the minute I sign or announce my next project. Yes, I don’t really care about what they have to say, but it will be wrong. You know, it will be a comeback if one has been out of the film business. I wasn’t out of the industry. I was getting projects, and I was a part of few of them, which didn’t release or start for some reason. That’s why, whatever my next project will be, it will not be a comeback”.

Buzz has it that Bipasha Basu, who was last seen in horror flick Alone, has been roped in for an upcoming film to be shot in London. Her husband, Karan Singh Grover, is also in talks to join the project.

An official confirmation is awaited though.

A final act beyond cinema

For decades, Bruce Willis defined action cinema through performances in films such as Die Hard and The Sixth Sense. Now, his story is taking a different turn, one that moves away from the screen and into the realm of medical research.

His family has decided to donate his brain to science, transforming a deeply personal chapter into something that could aid understanding of neurological disease. The choice follows his diagnosis with aphasia, which later progressed into Frontotemporal dementia, a condition that affects speech, behaviour and cognitive function.
