Dev Patel starrer The Green Knight to release in UK next month

THE release dates of Dev Patel starrer The Green Knight has been announced, both for the UK and US audiences.

The film was originally scheduled for release in May 2020 but was delayed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.


The Green Knight, directed by David Lowery, will hit the theatres in the UK on August 6 and for the US audiences on July 30.

The movie is an adaptation of late 14th-century poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. This medieval fantasy script stars Dev Patel as Sir Gawain, the nephew of King Arthur who accepts a potentially deadly challenge from a mysterious Green Knight.
