Commando 3 movie review: An entertaining action-thriller

In a scene, Armaan (Sumeet Thakur) tells Karan (Vidyut Jammwal), “Kaafi jasbaati ho,” to which Karan replies, “Sirf Bharatwadi.” Listening to this dialogue of Karan, Bhavana Reddy (Adah Sharma) whistles. Well, Commando 3 has many such whistle-worthy dialogues and action sequences that will surely impress you.

The movie is about a terrorist planning an attack on India sitting in London. Karan and Bhavana are sent to London to catch this terrorist and get the information about the attack. Well, we have to say that the story of Commando 3 is done and dusted. We have seen many films where our Indian officers go to catch a terrorist and stop the attack. But what makes us sit throughout those 2 hours and 13 minutes is the engaging screenplay and slick narration.

The screenplay is very engaging and has some thrilling moments that will keep you on the edge-of-the-seat. Aditya Datt has narrated the film very well making it look like a perfect stylish action-thriller. In Commando and Commando 2, the action was the best element and it is not an exception in Commando 3. If you love watching action films then you should book the tickets for Commando 3 right away.

The movie has a patriotic angle in it and well, thankfully it doesn’t look forceful at all. It goes very well with the narration. But, one thing we can’t forget is that Commando and Commando 2 were massy entertainers, and this time the makers have come up with a film that would attract the multiplex audiences more than the masses.

Talking about performances, Vidyut Jammwal is known for doing action on the big screen and he is in his best form in the film. Also, we are sure female fans of Vidyut will drool over his chiseled body. Adah Sharma as Bhavana Reddy impresses. She gets the South Indian accent perfectly without going overboard. Angira Dhar is also quite good and leaves a mark. Not to forget that these two actresses also have some amazing action sequences in the film and they have nailed it. Sumeet Thakur is good in his role. Gulshan Devaiah as the bad guy is outstanding. He has performed brilliantly.

Overall, Commando 3 is an entertaining film with a perfect dose of action and thriller.
