Recently, popular actor Chandan Anand, who was last seen in Triangle Films' Chandrakanta, got to meet iconic yesteryear actress Tanuja and he was delighted to meet the actress.
He says,"My film Parched was screened in an International Film Festival and Tanuja was invited there as a guest. So both of us were travelling together from Mumbai to Lonavala and what a wonderful time we spent. I can surely say that the time spent with her is one of the best phases of my life. We spoke a lot about films and would k ethics. She told me how people were passionate about work during her time and how people are more mechanical about their work now ."
Chandan also adds,"I am a huge fan of her work, the way she has maintained herself and designed her career. Hats off to her. Tanujaji is an iron lady. I don't know whether I will be able to work with her or spend time with her but that entire evening with her has a special place in my heart." Chandan's favourite films of Tanuja are Jewel Thief, Haathi Mere Saathi and Mere Jeevan Saathi.
