Bala teaser: Ayushmann Khurrana lip-syncing Shah Rukh Khan’s song Koi Na Koi Chahiye is the highlight here

While we are waiting to see Ayushmann Khurrana as Pooja on the big screen in Dream Girl, the makers of Bala have dropped the teaser of the film. Well, just like every film, Ayushmann leaves us surprised this time too.

The actor plays the role of a guy who starts balding prematurely and how he finds difficult to find love. Ayushmann took to Twitter to unveil the teaser. He tweeted, “It's time to make some bold, oops bald moves! ??‍?? https://bit.ly/BalaTeaser #BalaTeaser #DineshVijan @amarkaushik @bhumipednekar @yamigautam @jaavedjaaferi @saurabhshukla_s #SeemaPahwa @nowitsabhi @MaddockFilms @JioCinema.”

The teaser is hilarious and shows how balding prematurely can affect a person’s confidence. In the teaser, Ayushmann is seen lip-syncing two songs and one of them is Shah Rukh Khan’s song Koi Na Koi Chahiye from Deewana. Well, it is clearly the highlight of the teaser. While the teaser is funny, we also feel bad for the character Ayushmann plays in the movie. We can see how from romance it becomes a tragedy for him.

Bala also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam. Reportedly, Bhumi plays the role of a girl with the dark skin and Yami portrays the character of a model. While this will be Ayushmann and Bhumi’s third film together, it will be for the second time we will get to see Ayushmann and Yami together on the big screen.

Bala is directed by Amar Kaushik who had helmed last year’s release Stree. After Stree, of course, the expectations from Kaushik are quite high. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan and it will be hitting the screens on 22nd November 2019.

Apart from Bala, Ayushmann has films like Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan and Gulabo Sitabo in his kitty. Both the films are slated to release in 2020.

  • UK and EU steel producers warn of significant disruption to cross-Channel trade.
  • Hopes for a joint UK-EU strategy on Chinese steel are fading.

The UK and the European Union are facing growing tensions over steel trade, with both sides preparing to tighten import restrictions from July 1 in a move designed to shield domestic producers from Chinese competition.

Business secretary Peter Kyle is expected to raise concerns with European trade commissioner Maroš Šefčovič in Brussels as the UK steel industry warns that planned changes to the EU's safeguard system could significantly restrict British exports. The dispute comes at a sensitive moment for UK-EU trade relations, with manufacturers on both sides warning that new quotas risk damaging one of Europe's most interconnected industrial sectors.
