Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora’s quiet love story

Over the last few days Arjun and Malaika became the talk of the town as they’re seen together a lot more than they did before. Rumours are that Arjun and Malaika are planning to tie the knot in April 2019. However, no confirmed news are out from any sides.

Recently both appeared on India’s Got Talent, where Malaika is one of the judges. Arjun went to the show to promote his movie Namaste England.

They went Italy, last month to celebrate Malaika’s birthday. There is a picture of them holding hands at Milan airport, which went viral on social media.

Malaika, currently hosting India's Next Top Model on MTV,  was married to actor-director-producer Arbaaz Khan and together they have a son, Arhaan. They were officially divorced on May, 2017, after announcing their separation because of compatibility issues.

On Sunday’s episode of Koffee With Karan, Malaika made a special appearance and Karan said “We are walking down the aisle.. that will also happen in your life soon enough," and Malaika’s response was “Stop it now... stop now...”. Even though rumours aren’t confirmed but it did make Malaika blush.

Whitney Houston estate challenges Oprah Winfrey’s account of 2009 stage fall: ‘She was absolutely not high’

Highlights

  • Whitney Houston’s estate has disputed Oprah Winfrey’s claim that the singer had relapsed when she fell during a 2009 television appearance.
  • Winfrey said at Cannes Lions that Houston was “back on drugs” during the interview.
  • The estate insists the fall happened during a sound check because of poor visibility and an unfamiliar stage setup.
  • Representatives described the suggestion that Houston was under the influence as “inaccurate and unfair”.

Whitney Houston’s estate has pushed back against comments made by Oprah Winfrey about the singer’s 2009 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, arguing that a long-discussed stage fall has been wrongly linked to Houston’s past struggles with substance abuse.

The disagreement centres on a recent account shared by Winfrey, who suggested Houston had relapsed at the time of the interview. The estate has firmly rejected that version of events, saying the singer’s fall had nothing to do with drug use.
