YRF denies the reports of Yash Chopra’s biopic starring Shah Rukh Khan

Recently, there were reports that Aditya Chopra is keen to make a biopic on his father Yash Chopra and plans to rope in Shah Rukh Khan in it. However, YRF has shared a statement denying the reports.

The statement read, “There has been a lot of speculation about Aditya Chopra planning to make a biopic on his late father, the legendary Yash Chopra. We can officially tell you that this news is absolutely untrue and a figment of imagination. This is a baseless rumour. There are absolutely no plans to make a biopic on Yash Chopra ji.”

Well, YRF has denied the reports of Yash Chopra’s biopic, but if they ever plan to make it, Shah Rukh Khan will surely be a perfect choice for it.

A few days ago, YRF completed 50 years and Aditya Chopra had penned down a note to thank everyone associated with the production house and he also thanked the audiences.

It was said that YRF will be announcing many projects on completing 50 years. However, reportedly, Aditya Chopra decided to postpone the announcements and wait for theatres to reopen so they can make the announcements in cinemas.

Reportedly, films like Pathan (Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham), Tiger 3 (Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif), Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chillar’s next, and others projects were lined up to be announced. But well, YRF only launched its new logo on completing 50 years.
