Varun Dhawan completes his next October

Varun Dhawan, who is riding high on the success of his recent releases Badrinath Ki Dulhania and  Judwaa 2, has completed the shooting of his forthcoming film October. Written by well-known screenwriter Juhi Chaturvedi, the movie is produced and directed by acclaimed filmmaker, Shoojit Sircar.

Varun took to his social media account to break the great news to his fans. Sharing a photo featuring the whole cast and crew of the movie, Varun wrote, "October, this is more than just a film for me. The hardworking people behind everything you will see on screen. #lifeisagreatteacher. Thank you, Delhi for the love. This city is a big part of our film. Thank you dada @shoojitsircar... April 13th 2018 (sic)."


Debutante Banita Sandhu will be seen as the film’s leading lady opposite Varun Dhawan. She has previously worked with Sircar in a few commercials. The director was quite impressed with her dedication towards her work and hence decided to launch her with October.

Earlier scheduled to release on 1st June 2018, October will now arrive in cinemas on 13th April 2018.
