TV hunk Rohan Gandotra approached for Bigg Boss 13

After delivering 12 successful seasons over a period of thirteen years, Bigg Boss is returning with season 13. Bigg Boss 13, which is expected to hit the small screen in the month of September, is undergoing a lot of changes in a bid to arrest more eyeballs, as the last few seasons of the controversial reality show failed to perform well on the TRP charts.

The latest season of Bigg Boss is going back to its previous format where only Bollywood and television celebrities were allowed to enter the glass-walled house. So, fans are not going to see any commoner this time around. The latest we hear that the makers have already started approaching actors to participate in Bigg Boss 13.


And the latest actor who has been approached by the channel is handsome hunk Rohan Gandotra. The actor, who entered showbiz with Ashutosh Gowariker’s television series Everest, has become one of the most popular faces on Indian television over the years. After Everest, he has proved his acting mettle in such shows as Qubool Hai, Kaala Teeka, Naagin 2, Dhhai Kilo Prem, and Dil Se Dil Tak. And now he is in talks for the latest season of Bigg Boss.

The buzz around the 13th season of Bigg Boss is at its peak. Some fans are excited to know that this time the show will not feature commoners but only celebrity contestants. Also, unlike the previous seasons, the Bigg Boss house is shifting its base from Lonavala to Goregaon Film City in Mumbai.

Superstar Salman Khan is returning to host Bigg Boss for the record tenth time. His name has sort of become synonymous with the controversial reality show. Bigg Boss 13 is expected to hit the airwaves right after Colors’ dance reality show Dance Deewane 2, featuring Madhuri Dixit, Shashank Khaitan and Tushar Kalia, comes to an end in September.

Aamir Khan has opened up about the emotional toll film failures take on him, revealing that disappointing audience reactions can affect him for months. The actor said he becomes deeply distressed when a project does not work and admitted that he takes such setbacks very personally.

Reflecting on how strongly he connects with his work, Aamir said he often slips into what he described as a period of “depression” for two to three months after a film underperforms. Clarifying that he was speaking emotionally rather than in a clinical sense, he explained that every film becomes deeply personal because of the time and energy invested in it.
